An Amazing Product All Around!

I am beyond thrilled with this product! I have this in Luminous 2 and it is just amazing! It really reminds me of YSL Touch Eclat! It is super creamy, goes on really smoothly and blends very easily, it almost just melts into your skin. It's not some overly thick product, it just has the perfect consistency. I apply a stroke under each eye and it immediately covers and dark circles and illuminates the area. I also love to use this as a concealer. I just put a dab over any imperfection and pat it in and it really does cover it very well. This all works extra well for me because I always use illuminating skin products, foundation, tinted moisturizer, ect so adding an illuminating under eye product/concealer blends in perfectly with my already luminous makeup. It has excellent staying power and it doesn't crease, it's just an amazing product all around! This is definitely something that I will buy again and again! I'm so excited that I found it because I have been looking for something like this for a long time because my YSL Touch Eclat is just so expensive so I tend to save it for more special occasions, but with this the price is reasonable and I get extremely similar results. So if you are a fan of YSL Touch Eclat or are looking for a really fantastic excellent quality product to cover and brighten this is definitely something that you should pick up, I really highly recommend it.

Amazing, doesn't crease, blends well.

I'm in love with this under eye concealer, I've used many different brands and none hold a candle to this one. I received mine as a part of my It Kit and I will be honest, I was skeptical. I haven't always had the best of luck with BE products. But, I figured it was worth a try. It was love at first sight. I use Amazing Cosmetics concealer on my blemishes and the few times I used it for my under eye area, I was sorely disappointed since it settled into lines, creased, and never really "set." This product is the total opposite. It blends well, illuminates, moisturizes, and not once has it creased. I have been using it for a month now and the little sample I received is just getting to the point where it is running out, so I would say the product size is nice for the price, especially because you have to use so little of it. It does have a very slight shimmer but it isn't anything noticeable, I also use Benefit High Beam and it is not even close to the shimmer that product contains. Overall, I am immensely pleased with this. I have used it on other areas of my face and it works well as a highlighter and light coverage concealer as well. I am very happy with this, and once again glad that Sephora allows for so many different sample opportunities, many of my holy grail products have been found simply by receiving a free sample, so thank you Sephora!

Silver Glitter in Luminous 3 & 4

I bought these to even out my under eye area shadows for my “no makeup" days. This is not it. First off there is silver glitter in shades Luminous 3 & 4, NOT glowy, fine shimmer-- straight up glitter. It looks like eye shadow fall out. When I first put it on it is not too noticeable, but it dries, fades, and absorbs into my skin throughout the day and I'm left with just silver glitter and 0 coverage. I notice it standing a few feet from the mirror. Also, most WOC look better with warmer gold/beige glitter, who on earth thought cool silver glitter was a good idea. It does not offer sheer to medium coverage as the description says—only sheer and when you build it up it gets cakey and drying. When I set it, it becomes really dry, settles in my faint fine lines and I have to rub it out. This is more of a highlight because the silver glitter makes it unusable for a sheer tinted concealer and a very unnatural eye brightener. It doesn’t color correct in shade 3 and 4 isn't warm enough, so it’s an unnecessary step to go under makeup. I will be returning both. I must add the shade range is also very odd for WOC. There is too much of a gap between shades 3 & 4—3 is for a tan neutral complexion and 4 is for a medium dark golden brown complexion. I have to mix both for a perfect shade (I am Ciara/Keke Palmer’s complexion), but I can wear 3 for a brighter effect and 4 on its own, just too dark but manageable. I can’t imagine darker skinned beauties being able to use unless they want a bright/highlighted undereye. There needs to be a 3.5 and at least a shade 5+. That is an issue because Bare Minerals offers darker foundations and there is no match with this product.

Perfect Coverage

With fine lines and dark circles, I have always used concealer with full coverage, only to find that they sink into creases, look chalky, or emphasize the negative. After receiving a deluxe sample of this product, I was amazed to find that although it is a sheer to medium coverage product, it works in all the right ways:) I'm very fair, but have more yellow undertones than pink, so I use Luminous 2, and the color is absolutely perfect for my skin. That's another feature that is really hard to find! The product goes on smoothly, doesn't sink into lines, and really brightens the area all around. Slight puffiness is hardly noticeable after using Stroke of Light and I look younger and more awake...amazing! The first time I used the product, two people I know gave me amazing compliments on how beautiful and fresh I looked that day...fresh?! No one has EVER said that to me before! And the best part is they didn't know what the difference was; they weren't complimenting me on my makeup or on the fact that my under eye circles looked better. Just an overall, noticeably better look. I bought the full size that day and had to recommend this to others!

The only concealer I will ever buy

I bought this because my local Ulta store was out of the Well-Rested concealer I normally buy. I waited until the last minute to go to the store and needed something immediately. I decided to give the Stroke of Light eye brightener a try. I wasn't quite sure how to use it, and the little pamphlet had such tiny print I couldn't read it. At first I just used the brush over my dark circles and blended in with my fingers. It worked alright, but not as good as I had hoped. I searched online for instructions on how to properly apply and the video I watched showed a woman putting the brightener on the back of her hand and using the BareMinerals blending brush to apply it. What a difference! It blened well, covered my dark circles without looking "fake" and lasted most of the day. I found what worked best for me was to apply the Stroke of Light, then go do something for a few minutes and let it dry a bit before applying my matte foundation and it seemed to look more natural. Also, a little bit does go a long way so to me it is worth the price. I'm sold on this product!

Anyone know of a concealer that’s not drying but will cover dark circles? Dark circles are in my genes so mine are pretty dark, and I haven’t found one yet that I am completely happy with. Then there’s also the fact that my skin under my eyes is super dry and can get bumps/bubbles when I apply certain concealers. Thanks! #concealer #dryskin #darkcircles

Try putting the well rested liquid Illuminator by bare minerals on before concealer, very hydrating and lightens undereyes.

ok sooooo is there a good concealer that covers under eye circles that you don’t have to wear foundation with or does that just not exist? 🤔

I really like this because I have terrible under eye circles, and it covers it really well without looking unnatural. Usually good concealers need to go with foundations to balance out the flawlessness, but this one is so pretty!
