staying power

they are long lasting, bendable, very pigmented, and extremely gorgeous

first of all i love bare minerals makeup, i use all of makeup and skin care, andthis celestine eyeshadow is beautiful very soft looking shade and long lastingcolor

- Macy's User

not creasing

i love to pair it with cultural pearl (inner eye) grace (center lid) & queen tiffany (outer/ crease) (browns)or heart & devotion (purples) for a more finished dramatic look

- Bareminerals User

queen tiffany and drama are lovely crease colors, especially, and celestine is gorgeous on the lid

blends well

makes them sparkle and i love bare minerals eyeshadow, it blends well, the color has styaing power when used with primer and if you drop them they survive the fall

- Sephora User

i'm very picky about my makeup brushes and many have left me streaky with a makeup line excetera well look no further this brush had me with the first application works with any liquid foundation i actually do not use the same brand foundation as the brush i use a different foundation and also apply a drop of my moisturizing lotion with it it applies perfect and seamlessly i've even had people comment on how perfect and beautiful my skin is for me to be a non makeup wear when i'm fact have foundation on and they have no idea because it applies so perfect it is a photo finish application i highly recommend this product and i know that i will not be using another type of brush to apply my foundation any time soon if ever

- Ulta User

in general, the shadow is powder but has an almost smooth-creamy texture with a silky finish

- Macy's User

their eye shadow is to die-for gorgeous with a soft, velvety consistency and a wide variety of dreamy, rich colors

- Ebay User

does not have fallout

add's just a bit of definition to show you made a litte bit of effort, easy to apply, no real fallout and almost looks wet - or at the least - it 'glistens' but is not 'glittery' - which is perfect for women over a certain age but still perfect for everyone

- Sephora User

i never have fallout anymore, i can layer 12 colors and i never look heavy, one color can look like 4 depending on how i apply it, and my possibilities are endless

- Sephora User

the color is semi-sheer and slightly bold enough to stand out while staying elegant and refined

- Macy's User

the glimmers are shimmery and sheer, the mattes are wonderful for eyeliner and with the bareminerals liner liquid any powder matte eyeshadow can be used as a liner

In love with this eye shadow!

This may be my favorite eye shadow so far. The color pay off is amazing, highly pigmented. It goes on smoothly and effortlessly, and creates a rich color coat on the lids and crease. I bought 6 shades this week, and I think they're all amazing and gorgeous colors, they easily complement each other & blend well together. Over all, I am beyond stoked with this eyeshadow... I've been wearing it with the Lorac eye primer underneath, and it's been staying really well. My eye makeup has looked amazing for up to 12 hours, even after doing sweaty / greasy things, taking multiple showers, running around, walking thru rain.... seriously. it's stood up to the tests quite well.

I love this shadow - it is very fun!

Citrus Twist - I love all of BE's shadows because they are deeply pigmented. That doesn't mean they are bright or shocking. It means that they are rich and true to color. I love how BE's dry shadows blend with each other and stay put all day and don't crease or fade. I especially like this color to blend with a turquoise or green to give some interest or "pop" to my eyemakeup. I've never worn oranges or yellows on my eyes until I started wearing BE. All the shadows are so true to color and blend so beautifully. I had to learn to hold back and "build" the color but that wasn't a huge challenge, it just took a few tries.

I don't buy these shadows seperately, they all come in kits or sets. i have a problem finding complimentary colors so that works great for me. These colors are messy and takes some getting use to handling the jars but that is my only complaint. They are well pigmented and easy to blend. Women of color, don't be afraid. Even though some of the shades look like they won't work they will. Just apply a little less for darker shades or more for lighter shades. I use a buki eye brush which I got with a kit. Because they're mineral powders its easy to create the right look. They are stay put without creasing or fading for several hours even without a primer.

just, no

These shadows are way too dusty. I have two that I bought on sale on Black Friday, and I just now started to try them out. One of them gives me less problems but it is a champagne color that is very close to my skin tone. I also have this beautiful taupey brown shade with micro glitter that compliments my brown eyes well, but I wore it by itself with my UD primer and after only 8 hours it turned into a muddy mess in the crease of my eye. I then also noticed it was very streaky, but when I walked out of my house this morning it was blended perfectly and there were no streaks and my crease did not appear to be eating my eyeshadow. I have had problems with this shade two times now and last time I thought it was my brush or that I also had used another shade I experience minor fall out with as a transition color. My loreal infallible eye shadows are better quality than these. « less
