blends well

i'm a repeat customer i've been using this bronzer for over a year it is amazing it blurs the look of pores and imperfections is the pores near my cheeks are huge and blends amazing the color is awesome i'm fair to light but i can use for it to light and the medium bronzer and they both work great for me all-time favorite great mara tons of product for the price i use it everyday and i still haven't hit pan yet but that might be because i own 3 of them lol

- Bareminerals User

it gives a sun-kissed glow to your skin, it blends smoothly and the powder is super super soft

- Lookfantastic User

it is the most authentic looking bronzer i've tried, has the most luxurious silky texture, and a very subtle sheen which gives you the loveliest glow

- Sephora User

i've received so many compliments (and now love how i look in photos) since i started using barepro with the smoothing face brush instead of this one

- Mecca User

covering dark circles under your eyes can look tacky if you use a heavy concealer - but with this product, it is so lightweight and sheer that it looks so natural

- Ulta User

bought this a couple of months back and use it everyday, it’s fantastic, gives a lovely soft glow and gives my complexion a real lift, without being heavy

- Bareescentuals User

it reminds me of the ambient light bronzers/powders as it has that same kind of fine powdery consistency and blends like a dream

- Sephora User

i love this bronzer - it is a soft texture, not powdery at all and you can build it up

- Escentual User

does not have fallout

it’s not in the least powdery and looks completely natural

- Debenhams User

it blends heavenly and absolutely no fall out

- Sephora User

this bronzer is very pretty, sheer and natural looking

An Excellent Bronzer!

I decided to pick up a new bronzer since my Benefit Hoola is on its last legs. I have fair skin but the shade 'tan' works well - the lightest shade is very, VERY light and more yellow-orange toned in-person, the medium shade is too orange, and 'tan' shade is sort of the sweet spot. This bronzer applied like no other bronzer I own, it's really amazing. I think it's hard to go overboard with or have any harsh lines...it just blends out with zero effort. It's also not overly pigmented when first applied, but it's not totally sheer either. I just find it's a nice combination of the best things you would be looking for in a bronzer. I recommend swatching the shades out in-store on your skin tone, to find your perfect shade match out of the range. Online it's a bit misleading.

Deep Dark is great for Tan, to Med-Dark Skin

Disclaimer: If the swatch above shows multi-colors for the Deep Dark, IGNORE this. THAT is the swatch for the BM Total Invisible Highlighter in Deep Dark, it is actually a solid color. You can view it in store or on the BM website if it hasn't been fixed. Now, I have to say I really do like this subtle illuminating bronzer more than my matte bronzers. It's perfect for summer as it's not heavy and can be applied over tinted moisturizer or bare skin without looking heavy. As for the shade name Deep Dark, eh, not so crazy about. This has more to do with the makeup industry phrasing as a WHOLE which could use some work and this brand is really no different. "Deep" and "Dark" have very different meanings to women or men of color than those in the makeup world. Deep Dark is usually referred to those with deeper, darker, BROWN skintones, for example Mac Nw58 is the deepest shade in their Studio fix powder line. That shade is what most women of color, as myself, would refer to as Deep or Dark. However, I am more between nc45-nc50 and on the yellow side so this works pretty good. It's a brownish-bronze without too much red, and it just adds this really pretty natural luminosity. I swatched it in store, and just really liked it. It is very subtle and unless you're fair you couldn't use it as a contour IF you contour with a bronzer. it is a tad darker than my skin, it adds this bronzey illuminating sheen with zero glitter. It is definitely noticeable with versus without on me but looks very natural. If you are fair skinned you'll get more of a dramatic/intense look and it's sheer enough to pull off. I do think it's buildable without looking heavy or cakey or adding too much texture. The texture is super fine, not at all powdery, so it doesn't "dust up" when I run my brush across it. Overall, my favorite bronzer thus far, and the mirror is a really nice size, travel friendly. « less

I have this bronzer in the shade (Fair to light) and I love it, I use it almost every time I wear makeup! It is lightweight, easily bendable and great for my super fair skin! Most bronzers, no matter how lightly applied and blended, tend to look fake and vaguely dirty on my fair skin. But, this product applies effortlessly and gives my skin a natural looking, warm, illuminated glow.

lovely, buildable bronzer

I love this bronzer - it is a soft texture, not powdery at all and you can build it up. I just wear it lightly to wake up my complexion after foundation and it is a subtle bronzer so it never looks too much. I am pale skinned but I got the medium and not the fair/light one. It is so light that I prefer this shade - and I don't wear it heavy, I just wanted a little colour. Really pleased and it is my everyday bronzer now.

I had such high hopes for this and this was the first and only thing I've ever returned to Ulta. There's was no working with this product. When I searched the powder on my hand I was very impressed with the coverage and pigmentation, but when I actually applied it under my eyes it looked like I smeared potato flaked on my face! So cakey, flakey, and obvious. I tried many different ways of application and nothing made it better. Please do yourself a favor and don't even bother cuz I honestly can't see this working for anyone.

Does anyone know a good non-matte bronzer that is good for fair/cool skin? I just started getting into applying bronzer and need one that’s easy to blend. If anyone got any brush recommendations for bronzers too let me know!

I personally use the bareminerals one. I really like it, you’ll have to check on the shade range and if the color would suit you. It’s very natural and has a slight shimmer to it. For a good brush, I use a fluffy big one from eco tools and there are some good fluffy brushes from real techniques that are good for bronzers.

I really need a nice summer shimmery bronzer but not too warm in tone, any suggestions? 🤷🏻‍♀️ #bronzer #makeup #summermakeup

This NARS Summer Lights Face Palette has a really beautiful neutral shimmer bronzer. NARS has a few shimmer bronzers, but I couldn’t exactly find them online. I went into Ulta the other day and they’re all so pretty. None of them are too warm. BareMinerals also has a beautiful satin bronzer. (Second picture.) A good way to check how warm a bronzer will be is to put it on your hand or your neck and let it sit a few minutes. You’ll be able to see what colors it turns. Also, ask yourself if the bronzer looks a little orange or red? It should look more like that neutral color (bottom right) in the palette.
